Johan Pihlström

Johan is originally from Ekenäs and is a master carpenter and teacher. He discovered Trähus through social media and has been a member of our team since 2018. He works as a carpenter, specialising in traditional timber construction and restoration.

Johan enjoys working with solid timber and historic buildings. His favourite part of the job is creating decorative woodwork. One of the projects he remembers most fondly is the restoration of an 18th-century building in Pickala, where he crafted a new front door along with Rococo-style panel doors.
